Become a Coaching Leader!

This two-day in-person training seminar equips nurse leaders and other healthcare professionals with the skills to effectively coach their teams while fostering accountability and professional growth. Through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn proven coaching techniques, strategies for constructive feedback, and methods to cultivate a culture of accountability. By the end of the course, nurse leaders will be able to inspire their teams, enhance performance, and drive positive outcomes in healthcare settings.

8:00 am- 4:00 pm EST


You will be on your own for lunch, and will receive approximately 45 minutes for a lunch break.
